Animals At Risk

Join the scientific expedition and learn everything about different animal species by finding and photographing them in different nature backgrounds.

Instructions: There are 3 nature backgrounds with 3 stages played on each background for a total of 9 levels. Choose the level to play at the world map to start the level. Once in the game, move your cursor to the left side to bring up the panel with the animals and items to look for. If you move your mouse away from the panel, it will close to let you see the whole background. If you want to keep the panel open – click the padlock icon at the top of the panel.

Once you have found some item or animal – click it on the background to remove it both from the background and the search list. You only have 3 minutes to complete your job and you’re penalized by 10 seconds for each incorrect click, so be careful! You also have 3 hints available per level (which re-generate for each next level), so use them wisely to help you solve the levels. Click on the hint to reveal some random object from the search list.

Conslusions: Beautiful backgrounds, classic hidden objects gameplay, but very confusing item names and images. They’re all so small and shapeless, that you can barely identify what an item is even when it’s shown to you with the hint. Some item names are also confusing and coupled with strange item images – it’s next to impossible to identify them without hints. However, since the items are always in the same place, after a few tries you should be able to easily find any item on each scene and finish the game, so the fun factor is still there!
