Kuros is another game that has been developed to deceive. Surprised? Yes, this game projects itself as a HOG game but in reality is a game that involves more of puzzle solving than moving with a magnifying glass in a cluttered room. Katya is the protagonist of this game and you are to play her role. Now, there is a pressure-cooker situation out there as you are the only one who can save the world from getting destroyed. There are a few miscreants who are trying to alter the balance of the world by tinkering with the glyphstones. Well, there is a twist that in this game you are not going to get much time to gather yourself as you wake up to a completely unknown environment and you hardly have any clue of what to do and what not to.

There are some very important items like the map that is divided in pieces. Yes, you have to collect all the map pieces to go to the location you are slated to (there are a total of 10 such pieces). There is another very helpful item that you need to find and that are the chromatic lenses. These lenses are there to tell you about the hidden objects at all the locations. These lenses come in handy especially when you tend to forget whether there are any more items left to find. You are also going to visit multiple location or find a group of objects and the only thing you have to keep in mind is our timing. You have to make the right move at the right time. You can also be gifted with pass on the puzzles with the help of the Scrying orbs.

The glyphs are kept in the world called Kuros and you need to travel in all the five elements of nature: fire, water, wood, ice, and metal. Now, the guardians of the wood or the other elements can help you in your journey but they all do this in lieu of some help from your end. You have to either search for the orichalcum rod or find the ten seeds from different parts of the wood and perform jobs like this to earn the help of guardians of the elements.

You are to solve a lot of puzzles to get through the scenes and this is where Kuros scores a few brownie points over the other games. The puzzles are very interesting and are going to provide you with ample opportunities to wreck your brains. You would never get bored because of the wide variety presented in the puzzles.

Restoring or fixing the glyphstones is the toughest thing and if you are not able to figure out the puzzle properly then you have al the chances of losing out to the perpetrators.

The high dose of puzzle is going to leave you craving for more of the puzzles as they are some of the most interesting that you are ever going to come across.
